1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are non-refundable once access, download, or PassKey activation has been granted, except where required by law.
2. Subscriptions — Initial Purchase
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase, provided that there has been no significant usage or consumption of the service.
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal dates.
4. Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors
