Refund Policy

ssv.asia provides digital products and subscription-based services.

SSV.Asia provides digital products and time-based access services. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our general policy is no refunds, subject to the mandatory exceptions below.


1. Digital Passes & Access — General Rule

One-time passes (including the Expert AI Terminal passes and Pro), and Archive access, are non-refundable once access, download, or activation has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.


2. Expert AI Terminal Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase. The optional monthly token top-up (provided at no additional charge to those who opt in) involves no recurring payment, and therefore there is nothing to refund for the top-up. The one-time Pro purchase follows the general rule in §1.


3. Exceptions Required by Law

Notwithstanding §1, we will provide a refund where required by applicable consumer or payment law, including:

  • Duplicate charges or verified billing errors;
  • Unauthorized transactions;
  • Non-delivery — where activated access was paid for but genuinely could not be provided due to a fault on our side;
  • Any statutory withdrawal/cooling-off right that applies to you and has not been validly waived (note: in the EU/EEA, the right of withdrawal for digital content may be lost once supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement of that loss — which you provide at checkout).

4. No Subscriptions / No Auto-Renewal

Expert AI passes do not auto-renew, so there are no renewal charges to refund. You are never billed automatically for a new pass.


5. Technical Issues

If a technical failure on our side prevents access to a purchased Service, contact support. We will first attempt to restore access; where we cannot, a refund or credit will be evaluated under §3.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment partner used for your purchase — Razorpay (INR/UPI), Gumroad, or Polar.sh — and may take several business days to appear, depending on the partner and your bank.


7. How to Request a Refund

Email mail@ssv.asia (or archive@ssv.asia for Archive purchases) with:

  • the email used for purchase,
  • the transaction/receipt ID,
  • the reason for your request.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and aim to make a decision within 5–7 business days. Where a refund is due under §3, we process it within the timelines required by law and the payment partner.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster directly than through a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback for a validly delivered, non-refundable Service (outside the §3 exceptions) may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.


9. Discretionary Goodwill

Any refund or credit we may offer outside the cases required by §3 is provided at our discretion as a goodwill gesture and does not waive this Policy for future purchases.
