Welcome to SSV.Asia.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SSV.Asia website, the Expert AI Terminal, the Archive, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing any Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About SSV.Asia

SSV.Asia is a digital platform operated by an individual sole proprietor based in India ("SSV.Asia", "we", "us"), providing architecture-related resources, BIM training materials, research tools, the Expert AI Terminal (an AI-assisted command-line tool), and time-based access to curated digital content including the Archive.

2. Digital Nature of Services

All products and services are digital. No physical goods are shipped. Services are delivered electronically, either as time-based access (passes) or as access to digital content and tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services. The Services are not directed to children. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or make a purchase. (See the Privacy Policy for how we treat children's data under applicable law.)

4. Accounts & Access

Access requires identity verification through our membership provider (Ghost) using your email address (a passwordless "device flow" / magic-link sign-in). You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account. Access tokens, passes, and credentials are personal, non-transferable, and for individual use only. Sharing them is prohibited (see §7).

5. Products & Access Model

• Expert AI Terminal — Passes: The primary model is one-time, time-boxed passes (e.g. a 6-hour pass) granting a metered token budget. Passes do not auto-renew, have a hard expiry, and unused time/tokens do not roll over after expiry unless expressly stated. Buying another pass while one is active extends time and adds budget; it never downgrades an active pass.
• Expert AI Terminal — Pro: Offered on a one-to-one basis as a one-time purchase (USD $200). Pro may include an optional monthly token top-up that you can choose to enable; the token top-up itself is provided at no additional charge and is entirely opt-in. If you do not opt in, Pro remains a one-time purchase with no recurring billing.
• Archive: Time-based server access as specified at the point of purchase. Access is best-effort (see §9) and individual-use only.

Prices, budgets, and access terms are shown at the time of purchase and may be revised for future purchases.

6. Payments & Billing

Depending on your location and the checkout you use, payments are processed by one of our payment partners:

• Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.) — for payments in Indian Rupees (INR), including UPI. For Razorpay transactions, SSV.Asia is the seller of record and is responsible for applicable Indian taxes (e.g. GST where applicable) and invoicing.
• Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.) and Polar.sh — for international purchases. Where Gumroad or Polar.sh act as Merchant of Record, they are responsible for charging and remitting applicable sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and handling the payment transaction.

SSV.Asia does not store full payment card details. Card data is handled solely by the payment partner. Your purchase may also be subject to the relevant payment partner's own terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source of the tools;
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly post paid content;
• Share access credentials, passes, or protected access with others;
• Use automated means to scrape or bulk-export content for redistribution;
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to generate unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate access (without refund, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law) for breach of this section.

8. AI-Assisted Services — Important Notice

The Expert AI Terminal routes your prompts to third-party AI model providers and may use web search and retrieval tools. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. Output is informational only and is not professional architectural, engineering, legal, financial, or construction advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information, or regulated data into prompts.

9. Service Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or technical issues may occur. Best-effort downtime does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy or as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, designs, compilations, workflows, and tools on SSV.Asia are the intellectual property of SSV.Asia unless otherwise stated. The selection, structure, and organization of the Archive are proprietary. You retain ownership of content you input; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services.

11. Refunds

Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy (/refund-policy/). In summary: digital passes and activated access are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law (e.g. verified duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or non-delivery).

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services, including all AI output, retrieval results, and Archive content, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI output will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSV.Asia provides educational and informational digital services and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any professional, financial, project, or data-loss outcomes arising from use of our materials, AI output, or tools. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including certain consumer rights in the EU/EEA and India, and liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSV.Asia from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, your violation of any law, or content you submit through the Services.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, abuse the Services (including circumventing quotas, sharing credentials, or automated abuse), or where required by law. Our system enforces this through usage limits, rate-limiting, and account bans. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers (e.g. AI model providers, payment partners, hosting, or membership infrastructure), internet failures, government action, or natural events.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence (including the EU/EEA, UK, and US states), the courts at PANCHKULA, HARYANA, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at mail@ssv.asia so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

18. Grievance Redressal (India)

In accordance with applicable Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:

19. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20. General Provisions

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the business.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
• Notices: Legal notices to us go to mail@ssv.asia; to you, via the email associated with your account.

4. Access Model & Payments — Payments grant time-based server access as specified at the time of purchase. Access is non-transferable, non-shareable, and for individual use only. Sharing credentials, redistributing content, or providing third-party access is strictly prohibited.
5. No Refund Policy — All payments for activated access are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (e.g. duplicate charges, billing errors, or where access was never delivered).
6. Intellectual Property — All content within this archive remains the intellectual property of the creator unless stated otherwise. Copying, reproducing, scraping for redistribution, or commercial reuse without explicit written permission is prohibited.
7. AI & Automated Tools — Use of any external AI tools (such as Perplexity, Comet, or other assistants), and use of the built-in Expert AI Terminal, in connection with the archive is at the user's discretion. AI output may be inaccurate and is informational only; SSV.Asia is not responsible for how AI tools interpret, summarize, or reuse content.
8. User Responsibility — Users assume full responsibility for how they apply the knowledge contained in this archive in real-world projects, studies, or professional practice.
