Expert AI Terminal — A lightweight (3–4 MB), multi-model AI CLI for professional researchers and technical practitioners. Built for scientists, engineers, analysts, and consultants across pharma, biotech, materials science, climate, aerospace, energy, AI/ML, and architecture & engineering — not just AEC. It routes across 11+ model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google, Meta, and more), reads and edits local files, runs an agentic coding/research harness, and ships with zero data retention.
Expert OS — A full desktop workspace for the same model mesh, for researchers who want a visual, project-based environment instead of a terminal.
Expert AI on Android (early access) — A mobile companion to the terminal, currently rolling out via Google Play early access.
Knowledge MCP — A retrieval-augmented knowledge server built on a 12-million-word personal Obsidian vault, indexed for exact-match lexical retrieval against real code and standards language (NBC 2016, IS codes, ASHRAE, IBC, Eurocode). Connectable to Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible clients.

How it's run
SSV.ASIA is bootstrapped and independently owned — no outside funding, no venture pressure to inflate usage or cut corners on data handling. Growth is funded by revenue: pay-as-you-go passes starting at ₹60, and a monthly Unlimited plan for heavier use. The bet is simple — that a solo builder with deep domain expertise and a tight product can out-compete generic AI wrappers on the thing that actually matters to a researcher: can I trust the answer, and does it remember what I told it yesterday.

ssv.asia is built by Ar. Samar Singh Virdi, a Chartered Architect, Computational BIM Specialist, and Design Partner at Arthouse India, based in Chandigarh, Punjab.
Samar trained as an architect (B.B.Sc. and B.Arch, Chandigarh College of Architecture) and holds a postgraduate research background in Environmental Management from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. Before founding SSV.ASIA, he worked as a researcher and architect at CSIR–Central Building Research Institute, specialising in energy-efficient design and climate-resilient building guidelines for India, and later as a Senior BIM Specialist training architects and engineers across firms including Reliance Industries, Adani Group, Arup Associates, and the Ministry of Railways. He currently practices as Design Partner at Arthouse India while building SSV.ASIA independently.
That combination — years spent inside technical research institutions, plus hands-on BIM consulting across hundreds of professionals — is the reason SSV.ASIA exists. Every serious researcher and technical professional eventually hits the same wall with generalist AI tools: shallow domain grounding, unpredictable costs, and no persistent memory of their own work. Samar started archiving his own technical knowledge — building codes, standards, research notes — into a structured personal knowledge base years before it became "Expert AI." The product is that archive, opened up, with a model layer wrapped around it.
