Delete Your Account
If you would like your Expert AI account and all associated data deleted, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion:
- Send an email to mail@ssv.asia from the email address associated with your account
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- We will verify the request against your account email
What happens next:
Your account and all associated data — including workspaces, sessions, usage records, and authentication tokens — will be permanently removed from our production systems within 30 days of your request. Backup archives may retain your data for up to 90 additional days before being fully purged.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Prefer to do this in the app instead?
If you use Expert AI's Agent mode, you can also delete your account directly:
Open Expert AI → switch to Agent mode → Settings → Delete Account
Both methods result in the same complete deletion, on the same timeline.
